OUR CURBING PROCESS
EVALUATION
We look at the site before starting the project to discuss the customers desires & set a date to begin the project.
PREPARATION
We lay marks on the contours, curves and graceful lines and use a saw cutter to prep ground.
MIXING
The concrete is mixed on-site using our specially designed mixer and trailer
EXTRUSION
Cement is wheel-barrowed to the curb machine, fed to the hopper & lays a smooth continuous edge
TROWELING & FINISH
Troweling is done immediately after extrusion to take out any imperfections in the concrete.
DESIGN
We roll on a texture & stamp the curb to create an appearance that compliments your existing landscaping.
CONTROL
Control joints are cut to control the seasonal expansion/contraction process.
SEAL
We use a top quality sealing product to protect the curb which provides a beautiful, long-lasting finish.
